About me

Welcome to your sacred space of healing and self-discovery

Hello beautiful, I’m Johanna Amrita, an Ayurvedic practitioner deeply passionate about women’s health and the wisdom of nature.

My journey into Ayurveda has been a heartfelt exploration, guiding me to become certified in various aspects of this ancient science—ranging from Ayurvedic nutrition to lifestyle counseling, pranayama and meditation, herbalism, and women’s health.

My Ayurvedic journey began in 2017 in India, within the serene ambiance of Amma’s ashram. It was a time of profound learning and service, enriched by the presence of my spiritual teacher and mentor, as well as a supportive inspiring community.

I’m genuinely honored and excited to share the wisdom of Ayurveda with you. My aim is simple: to offer knowledge and practical tools that can nurture your physical health, support your healing journey, and bring harmony to your mental and spiritual well-being.

This journey isn’t just about physical wellness; it’s a path toward a more balanced and fulfilled version of yourself. I invite you to explore the vast wisdom of Ayurveda with me—a journey filled with self-discovery, healing, and transformation.

I eagerly await the opportunity to meet with you and embark on this journey together.

What people are saying…

My experience has been a delight. Johanna has been an excellent practitioner.  She has a great love, passion, and knowledge of her subject and at the same time is sensitive and practical ( incorporating the sometimes limited possibilities within our lifestyle to adhere to all the Ayurvedic tools given to us ) so is aware patient and understanding of this within our treatment.   I have recommended her to several colleagues and friends who are equally delighted as I am by her consultations”.

“Johanna has been very professional, caring, and helpful in my case – I had breast cancer – guiding me accordingly in the ayurvedic journey (from diet covering all the nutritional aspects to breathing and yoga exercises, habits, tips, and more). She has always been available and kind, ready to provide explanations, answers, and solutions.

After a few months following her ayurvedic program made ad hoc for me, I have felt better and I now fully incorporated this philosophy in my life. I am very grateful to have Johanna by my side, I highly recommend her services”.

“Johanna is my first contact with an Ayurvedic doctor, and I have to confess that I never had such a lovely experience before. Talking with her is so easy to share heart to heart, there’s only love, no judgments.

Johanna is always giving personalized treatment depending on me, she’s doing the best research to make sure this is suiting me. She’s easily accessible and if you have doubts, queries, or problems, she will get back to you straight away with the best solutions.

Even when in the distance, she kept enquiring how I feel, and if I need readjusting my diet and medicines, and she also offered individual sessions on a video call to see what my different symptoms are, etc.

I do not doubt that she is the most professional and caring doctor I ever had! I’m so grateful to have met her and I recommend her!

“I have had 3 sessions with Johanna so far and I feel totally supported and guided through this fascinating journey and learning process that has completely changed the way I eat, drink and live my life. This ancient wisdom and process has helped me in so many ways, from my morning routine, my eating habits and the awareness of self-care and spirituality.

Johanna is a warm, intuitive and very wise lady and I would highly recommend her to guide you back to balance through her gentle, beautiful and caring sessions using this ayurvedic system of healthcare.  Working with my dosha has helped bring some balance to my digestive system, my nervous system and it is always great to be reminded to look after myself with self-care routines and nourishing activities like meditation and my dosha-appropriate yoga asanas.
Thank you Johanna, I’ll come back to you when I need some reminders and tweaks to my routine”.
